What your report measures
Your customers' questions, in full
The overview turns your fifteen questions into a score. This screen shows you the raw material that score is built from: the exact words we asked, and each engine's real answer, question by question.
The same fifteen rows every other number comes from
Named-in-N-of-15, the family gauges, and who gets named instead of you are all counts over these exact rows — never a separate sample. Reading them directly is how you check the report's own arithmetic, not just trust it.
Grouped by the kind of question, not by engine
Questions are grouped into three families — urgent and nearby, best and top rated, research and price — the same three families the overview's rings already use, so a question here and a gauge there are always talking about the same group.
Fixing a gap is the paid step, seeing it never is
Every question and every engine's answer is free and complete, on the same free/paid line the whole product draws: measuring what any machine can already see costs nothing. Where a question is open and a work order already exists to fix it, a paying account sees which one and its status.
