What LisaSEOAI does
We put questions to AI assistants and record their answers: whether your business is named, in what position, and which pages the engine consulted. That is a measurement of what an engine said at a moment in time. It is not advice, and it is not a prediction of what any engine will say tomorrow.
About the answers, and the names in them
Reports contain statements generated by third-party AI engines, including the names and positions of other businesses. Those are the engines' outputs, reproduced as recorded, on the date shown. They are not our statements of fact about any business, we do not endorse them, and we do not verify claims made within them. If you believe a report misrepresents your business, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
What we do not promise
No ranking guarantee. Nobody can promise a position inside an AI answer, and anyone who does is selling you something they cannot deliver. Where we show an estimated lift it is modelled from your own citation data and labelled as modelled — a way of deciding what to do first, not a forecast.
Paid work, and what an hour means
Paid plans buy a stated number of hours of work each month, itemised against the sources in your own report. If we do not deliver the hours, we credit them. Plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time; we do not lock work behind a minimum term.
Access, content and ownership
For us to do the work you may need to grant us access to profiles or to your website. You keep ownership of everything we publish on your behalf, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you ask us to publish. We will not publish anything in your name that you have not had the chance to review.
Who does the work
Some work is carried out by contractors, including outside your country. We remain responsible to you for it. We do not give contractors more of your information than the task requires.
Your report link
Reports are served at a long, unguessable address rather than behind a password. Anyone who has that link can read the report, so treat it as you would a shared document. Ask us and we will revoke it.
Emails and calls
We email your report to the address you verify. If you tick the consent box we may also contact you about your results, by email or phone. You can withdraw that at any time — every email carries an unsubscribe link and asking us once by any route is enough.
Fair use of the scan
Scan businesses you own or represent, or that you have a legitimate reason to research. Do not use the free scan to build a list, to automate requests, or to load our systems. We rate-limit and we will block abuse.
Liability
We are liable to you for direct losses up to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for business decisions taken on the basis of a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects a paid plan we will tell the account by email before it takes effect.
