Privacy
Short version: we collect what a scan needs, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted.
What we collect
The website address you submit; the business name, industry and service area you confirm; and your name, email and phone number. The scan itself reads your public website and public search results. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
The website address and the details you confirm are what we measure — without your business name there is nothing for us to look for in an answer. The email is how the report reaches you and how we prove the address is real. The phone number is used to talk to you about your own results, and only if you ticked the consent box.
Your report is a link, not a login
Reports are served at a long, unguessable address rather than behind a password, so you can forward one to a colleague without either of you creating an account. The trade-off is real and worth stating plainly: anyone holding that link can read the report. Ask us and we will revoke it.
Who else touches your data
Supabase hosts the database and the functions. Google and SerpAPI receive the questions we ask about your trade and city — never your email or phone. Resend delivers the email. Microlink renders the screenshot of your own front page. Contractors who carry out paid work see what that work requires and no more, and some of them are outside your country.
Emails and calls, and stopping them
We email your report. If you consented, we may also contact you about your results by email or phone. Withdraw it whenever you like — every email has an unsubscribe link, and telling us once by any route is enough. We do not sell your details, pass them to advertisers, or add you to unrelated lists.
How long we keep it
We keep scans so you can compare one month against the next, which is most of the value of measuring at all. Ask us to delete and we remove your business record, the scans attached to it, and your contact details.
