Getting started
How a free scan works
A free scan takes about two minutes and needs three things from you: your website address, your business's sector, and an email address to confirm. Everything else is Lisa asking questions and reading your site.
You give it a URL and a sector
The sector matters more than it looks: it decides the question pack a business is measured against. A plumber and a hotel are not asked the same fifteen questions, because a customer does not ask an AI assistant the same thing about either one.
Free scans are rate-limited — a handful per day, per address and per site — so the queue stays fast for everyone. If you are working through a list of businesses rather than one, that is what the agency plan exists for.
It asks the questions your customers actually ask
Fifteen real buying questions, generated for your trade and your area — not a generic keyword list. Lisa runs the main ones three times on each conversational engine it measures, because an AI's answer can change between two identical runs, and one sample is not a measurement.
You confirm your email, then wait
A free report is sent to a real address, so it asks you to confirm it before the scan runs. Once confirmed, the scan takes about two minutes — stay on the page and watch it, or close the tab; either way the report lands in your email and in your account.
The report lives at a private link tied to your account, not a page anyone can guess. Sign in any time to see it again, re-run it later, or see it next to any other business you have scanned.
