What your report measures

Competitors: who gets named instead of you

This is not a five-slot leaderboard. Across a market's worth of questions, dozens of businesses can get named — so the useful question is not just "who's #1", it's which questions each business owns and which ones are still open.

Counted by question, never as a percentage

Every rival's count is out of the same total questions your own score is measured against — the same unit, so you can compare directly. It is deliberately not shown as a share-of-voice percentage: with dozens of businesses across a handful of questions, the numbers don't sum to anything meaningful, and a made-up percentage would say less than the plain count does.

The base measurement is free; the trend line is the plan

Anyone can see this scan's snapshot for free — who was named, how many times, and roughly where they landed — because it is a measurement of what any machine can already see from outside. Whether a rival is moving up or down since your last scan requires monitoring history, which is the paid plan: the free view never invents a trend it doesn't have, it simply shows the current snapshot without one.
