What your report measures
Business identity: does AI know it's you
A machine can read your site perfectly and still not be sure it's talking about a real, single, findable business. Identity is where the two halves of that problem live together: what your own site says about you, and what the outside world can confirm.
On your own site
The same five on-site signals as Readiness' "can it be identified" group: structured data describing your business, your name placed where a machine looks first, your phone number marked up, your address or service area stated, and your other profiles linked back. Identity groups them with the off-site half so you see the whole picture in one place.
Outside your site: can you be found and trusted
This half is mostly one Google Maps listing, read as what an assistant checks before it will name you at all: is there one clear, contactable listing under your own name, and has anyone besides you — a real reviewer — vouched for it. It's worth 15 of your 100 points on its own.
Why it's not a 6-point scale on totals that don't match
Every gauge on this screen totals only the signals that share a real denominator, and excludes anything that is a plain yes-or-no fact rather than something that can be partly true — a business either has a Google Maps listing or it doesn't, so that fact is stated in words, not folded into a score it would distort.
